A leading healthcare organization in Wythenshawe is seeking an Estates Officer (Electrical) responsible for managing Hard Facilities services. You will work within a diverse team in a dynamic environment, focusing on estates compliance and building works. The successful candidate will hold relevant electrical qualifications and have experience in contract management. This is an opportunity to contribute to healthcare services while ensuring safety and compliance.
The WTWA Estates Team provides a wide range of estate and property management services across Wythenshawe Hospital, Trafford Hospital, Withington Community Hospital and Altrincham Hospital. The WTWA Estates Officer (Electrical) has responsibility for Hard Facilities Management (FM) services and sub contracted services at Wythenshawe Hospital, Trafford Hospital, Withington Community Hospital, Altrincham Hospital (WTWA) and any other sites serviced by the WTWA Estates Team.

You would enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary team environment with diverse healthcare professions as well as managing building works, staff and contractors in a hospital environment. As part of this role you will be providing different estates compliance services each day to different service users in the healthcare environment.
