We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Workplace Services Coordinator to take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of our site and ensure it remains a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.
This position is central to supporting the Regional Workplace Services Manager (RWSM) and delivering comprehensive facilities services across the site.
As the Workplace Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for onsite services, health and safety inductions, and office operations.
You will manage meeting rooms, catering, couriers, and the site facilities team, while ensuring compliance with health and safety and security procedures.
This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and the confidence to work independently under pressure.
