Our client, a leading Renewable Energy Tech Company, require an experienced Office Manager to join a busy team as their Workplace Partner to strategically lead across the companies global offices and make an impact operationally day to day.
You will be the face of the London office, fostering a thriving ecosystem where innovation sparks, collaboration ignites, and the wider global team feels connected and empowered. You'll be the architect of the workplace strategy, ensuring every touchpoint in the London HQ to the international hubs, resonate company spirit.
You will have proven experience from a similar role in workplace / office management within a fast-paced environment, and a real enthusiasm and passion for what you do.

Responsibilities
- Global Workplace Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive workplace strategy that aligns with our company culture and values, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all locations.
- London HQ Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our London office, including inventory management, new starter support, and access control.
- Technology Partnership: Collaborate with the Technology team to ensure the smooth functioning of desk setups, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
- Internal Communication: Proactively communicate workplace updates and initiatives to all employees, fostering engagement and awareness.
- Process Improvement & Compliance: Develop and maintain workplace processes, including health and safety protocols, and drive continuous improvement.
- Events: Coordinate and support office events, including client meetings, social gatherings, and DE&I celebrations.
- Supplier Management: Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring consistent service delivery and value.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Drive sustainability initiatives within our offices, contributing to our environmental goals.
- Collaborate with the Bristol Workplace Partner to deliver consistent high standards across our offices.
- Budgeting: Assist the Head of People Experience with annual budget planning and management.
