Why Work for Us

We want our business to be a melting pot of curious minds, passionate hearts and strategic intelligence. Collaboration is embedded in the way we work; our people have the autonomy to collaborate across client relationships, teams, operations and strategy. Our distinctive principal‑led, privately‑owned model offers every employee the opportunity to own a share of our business and become a Principal.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customer representatives to capture requirements and develop knowledge of client requirements and desired service levels.
  • Deliver projects as directed by the Office Operations Associate Manager within agreed timescales and budget to meet location objectives.
  • Liaise with third‑party suppliers and contractors to ensure provision of effective services including security, catering, cleaning, customer services and M&E and other support services.
  • Complete all location audits as required by location and in conjunction with suppliers to meet SLAs.
  • Liaise with landlord/landlord representatives and the Real Estate Management team to resolve building/lease related issues and requirements.
  • Act as HSESC to ensure compliance of health and safety within the location(s); carry out accident investigations and reporting and manage incidents and risks to resolution.
  • Establish detailed budget requirements and re‑forecast regularly to reflect changing needs.
  • Manage budget setting and monitoring for service lines and associated invoicing.
Qualifications
  • A strong customer focus and polished customer‑management skills, with experience working with customers and stakeholders in high‑pressure environments.
  • Experience working with suppliers (internal and external).
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work autonomously on own initiative, either independently or as part of a team.
  • A quick thinker with a can‑do attitude and an aptitude for creativity or the ability to adapt as required.
  • Confident, determined and assured demeanour, especially in high‑pressure or critical situations.
  • Documentation and written skills of a very high standard.
