Job description

Delta Personnel is searching for a Working Supervisor in Whiteley or the surrounding areas.

We’re after an experienced Working Supervisor to support our client on current water projects. This role is hands‑on, you will be managing a small team of operatives while also getting involved with the work yourself.

Job info/duties

• 50 hours paid per week
• Supervising Labourers and working alongside Civils operatives
• Assist with the preparation of sites including unloading and suitable storage of building materials/plant
• Review documentation and ensure working methods have been agreed
• Ensure team has the correct PPE
• Report all defects
• Deligate tasks to the team
• Liaise with management

Must-Have

• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Valid CSCS card (Client can assist in renewal)
• EUSR Water Hygiene (Client can assist with this)
• Experience in Civils, Utilitiies or similar
• Digger or dumper tickets are an advantage
