Overview

Site Manager / Working Foreman (Multi-Trader) Bristol + travel up to 2 hrs | £300k-£400k projects | Refurb, fit-out & general building

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate daily site activities, supervising operatives and subcontractors
• Deliver trade work across carpentry, plastering, decorating and other general building tasks
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently
• Ensure health & safety standards are followed at all times
• Maintain quality, resolve site issues, and keep accurate records
• Act as the main point of contact for management, clients, and suppliers

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Site Manager/Foreman with strong trade skills (carpentry, plastering, or decorating especially valued)
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• SMSTS or SSSTS required; CSCS essential; PASMA/IPAF desirable
• Full UK driving licence + own tools preferred
