Job description

As a Workday Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and configuring Workday modules, implementing business rules, and customizing the system based on business needs.

To be successful as a Workday Specialist / HCM Consultant:

• You will have experience specializing in one or more modules including Talent,
• You will have experience translating business requirements into technical configurations, developing custom reports, managing security roles, and supporting system updates.

Desirable skills:

• Ability to review processes, engage with SMEs, and identify process risks and challenges.
• Demonstrate a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Comfort operating in a dynamic environment and thinking on your feet.

The role may involve assessing skills such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, along with job-specific technical skills.

This position is based in Glasgow or London.
