As a PTA Reporting & PRISM Product Consultant at Kainos, you will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing our Pay Transparency Analyzer (PTA) product, developed in partnership with Workday. You’ll use your Workday Reporting and Prism expertise to design, configure, and optimise data and reporting solutions that power PTA’s ability to deliver pay equity insights, detect disparities, and support compliance with global regulations.
This is a hands‑on role within the product development team, suited to consultants who enjoy working on productised SaaS solutions rather than direct customer implementations. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Workday SMEs to turn requirements into scalable, high‑quality reporting and analytics features, ensuring our clients continue to gain value from their product investment.
You’ll also help set standards, improve processes, and mentor junior colleagues as we continue to scale this strategically important product.
At Kainos, we believe in the power of diversity, equity and inclusion. We are committed to building a team that is as diverse as the world we live in, where everyone is valued, respected, and given an equal chance to thrive. We actively seek out talented people from all backgrounds, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic that makes them who they are. We also believe every candidate deserves a level playing field.
Our friendly talent acquisition team is here to support you every step of the way, so if you require any accommodations or adjustments, we encourage you to reach out.
We understand that everyone's journey is different, and by having a private conversation we can ensure that our recruitment process is tailored to your needs.
