About the Role

We're embarking on a major global transformation, consolidating multiple HR and Finance platforms into a single Workday solution. To make this happen, we need an experienced Workday Implementation Project Manager to lead the charge.

This is a hands-on role where you'll support early stages of the implementation lifecycle, working closely with our Workday partner, internal teams, and senior stakeholders across regions. If you thrive on delivering complex projects and have a proven track record with Workday deployments, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Drive the global rollout of Workday across UK, EU, North America, and APAC.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to keep everything on track.
  • Engage with senior HR and Finance leaders to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Provide governance and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Flex your schedule for occasional calls with APAC.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven Workday implementation experience – HR and Finance modules.
  • Strong project management skills with global deployment experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple priorities.
