You will work with clients to provide best practice solutions, ensuring integration with other tech areas. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to be part of a dynamic, inclusive environment, aiming at business transformation and excellence in Workday solutions.
As a Workday Function Lead Consultant, you will have experience in the delivery of Workday HCM projects and be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the policies and processes that drive best‑practice design and configuration across Workday as well as the Workday deployment methodologies. In addition, you’ll have a strong knowledge of the cross‑functional interdependencies and experience working with clients to address challenges. You will be collaborating with talented Workday‑professionals globally who are passionate about delivering excellence. This position not only provides the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge but also to make a significant impact on our clients’ businesses.
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre‑employment checks, including:
identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)
You’ll be leading and working with clients at all levels and advising them on the best solution possible using Workday to meet their requirements. The role will include process and solution design based on best‑practice Workday functionality, advising and influencing decisions of key business stakeholders, leading and undertaking Workday configuration, including advising customers and defect fixing during testing activities, and ensuring integration to other functional areas and applications in the technology landscape. You will lead on and contribute to Capgemini’s Workday delivery initiatives and contribute to extending the expertise within the Workday Practice and wider within Capgemini.
You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini building an inclusive future is part of everyday life and will be part of your working reality. We have built a representative and welcoming environment, for everyone.
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and checks required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
You will be encouraged to have a positive work‑life balance. Our hybrid‑first way of working means we embed hybrid working in all that we do and make flexible working arrangements the day‑to‑day reality for our people. All UK employees are eligible to request flexible working arrangements.
