Overview

Workday Change Delivery Lead – Norwich - c£55,000

We are seeking a dynamic Change Delivery Lead to join our People Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading people systems change initiatives, primarily around Workday, and ensuring successful engagement across all our global markets.

About the Role

You will oversee our change book of work and manage multiple change initiatives across Aviva's core markets. This role involves close collaboration with our People Function teams and technical experts, translating technical language into clear, non-technical terms for stakeholders. Deliveries can focus on areas in Workday such as Recruitment, Learning, Talent, Absence, Integrations, Compensation, onboarding new acquisitions and more.

You will lead a small team, providing leadership and support to the broader people systems team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across IT, Business, and People Function teams.
  • Help make technical language into business-friendly language.
  • Own and drive delivery plans, risk mitigation, and readiness activities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

  • Starting salary c£55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
