Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a new Performance & Fidelity Manager to work within our Work and Wellbeing team. The successful candidate will drive contractual performance and compliance across our employment services, uphold the high-performance culture in our teams, and ensure that our services adhere to the IPS Fidelity Framework. The role will report to the Head of Work & Wellbeing and work across our employment teams.

The Performance & Fidelity Manager will focus on driving effective contract performance management across Work & Wellbeing services, ensuring services operate at the highest standard against the IPS Fidelity framework and other regulatory or quality standards, and leading continuous improvement in collaboration with LiveWell's Quality & Impact Manager. The role also involves overseeing compliant data collection, storage, analysis and dissemination to internal and external stakeholders, including monthly MI returns and provision of performance data to Work & Wellbeing commissioners, funders and internal teams. You will lead a small team to support contractual performance and compliance, and work collaboratively with the Head of Business Development & Contracts and the central Performance & Data team.

  • Ensure that Work & Wellbeing services operate at the highest standard against the IPS Fidelity framework and other regulatory or quality standards.
  • Uphold the high-performance culture in Work & Wellbeing and work closely with LiveWell's Quality & Impact Manager to drive continuous improvement by leading action plans and ensuring audit recommendations are achieved.
  • Oversee compliant data collection, storage, analysis and dissemination to internal and external stakeholders, including monthly MI returns and provision of performance data to Work & Wellbeing commissioners, funders and internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Our Performance & Fidelity Manager will be performance driven with a commitment to quality and high standards.
  • Excellent in-depth knowledge and understanding of IPS Fidelity and other supported employment models.
  • Experience of achievement in a target-driven environment and ability to drive improvement through focused performance management.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and inspire others.
  • Previous management experience supporting performance, quality and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and data skills.
