A leading support organization in the UK seeks individuals for a role focused on helping women recovering from mental health challenges. Responsibilities include assisting with budgeting and accessing community resources. Ideal candidates will have a positive outlook and strong support skills. This role provides essential services in a supportive environment, committed to empowering women in their recovery.
The nature of the role includes supporting individuals with budgeting, managing their tenancy, to develop life skills, to support individuals into community opportunities and supporting women to achieve their goals.
Working as part of a team supporting women who have been discharged from secure services who have severe and enduring mental health diagnoses. The service delivered is a person-centred approach within a therapeutically driven environment, which puts women at the heart of their recovery.
The successful candidate will be provided with a standard induction course along with a comprehensive package of specialist training.
