Other group businesses include Birley Bakery & Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we have expanded internationally, with the opening of Maxime's Club in New York City, in addition to our newest Birley Bakery location.

We are currently looking for a Member Wine Sales Manager to join our team.

Working Hours
  • Monday- Friday 9am-6pm
  • Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off - our venues are closed.
What you will do
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member queries, ensuring a high standard of service and communication
  • Prepare and send tailored wine offers that reflect individual member tastes and seasonal selections.
  • Process wine orders efficiently and accurately, maintaining attention to detail and member preferences
  • Proactively reach out to members and prospective clients to introduce the wine program, generate interest, and build lasting relationships.
What are we looking for?
  • 5+ years experience in wine sales preferable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
