Overview

Sanctuaryprovide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. As part of a not-for-profit organisation, we aim to achieve outstanding results for our customers based on our values - working in an open and transparent way, creating strong partnerships with our customers and providing a first-class customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Carrying out window cleaning, gutter cleaning, caretaking and cleaning duties
  • Serving as a first point of contact for customers, providing accurate and timely information when needed
  • Identify and report any potential maintenance issues to ensure a safe environment is maintained
  • Ensuring tools, equipment and vehicle are maintained in good condition and stock levels are maintained appropriately
Skills and experiences
  • Working knowledge and experience of undertaking window cleaning
  • Some experience of general caretaking and cleaning duties
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • Some experience in understanding verbal instructions and undertaking duties as requested
  • Ability to work to deadlines, with a keen eye for detail
  • Be an effective communicator with excellent communication skills
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
