Job description

Solicitors practice based in Lewes seeks Private Client lawyer to oversee an existing caseload on a part‑time basis (working 2-3 days per week).

Our client is a practice of 5 lawyers specialising in property & probate work and is seeking either a lawyer, Legal Executive or qualified Solicitor who is comfortable managing a caseload which includes Probate & Estate matters, LPAs, Wills and Elderly Client matters without supervision. You will be taking over an existing caseload working 2-3 days per week, however there is scope to develop the role further if the successful individual wanted to grow the position to full‑time.

Working hours can be flexible but the office operates Monday to Friday (9am-5pm).
