Overview

We are looking to recruit a Wet Trade Operative to work within our Property Services Team, to carry out the repair and maintenance of our domestic properties.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out repair and maintenance work on domestic properties to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Apply a broad range of general building skills, such as bricklaying, roofing, plastering, drainage and groundworks.
  • The ability to lay vinyl sheet flooring would also be a useful attribute, although not essential.
  • Be customer focused with excellent communication skills and the ability to form good relationships with customers and colleagues.
