About the Role Prospero Teaching is seeking a passionate and dedicated Welsh-speaking Music Teacher to join a school in the Pembrokeshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who can deliver engaging lessons through the medium of Welsh, inspiring pupils to develop their musical skills and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Music lessons in Welsh across the relevant Key Stages.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and confidence.
• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Participate in extra-curricular music activities, concerts, or school events where required.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to contribute to the wider life of the school.

Requirements

• Fluency in Welsh (spoken and written).
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Music within a school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• A genuine passion for Music and inspiring young people.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one through Prospero Teaching).
