We are seeking a skilled, flexible and self‑motivated individual to take up a full‑time, 12‑month fixed‑term contract in a team created to provide an outstanding wellbeing experience for our employees.
Our Wellbeing Hub provides a one‑stop shop for ‘all things wellbeing’. It provides our employees with quick and easy access to an array of support including mental health assessments, Trauma Risk Management (TRiM), and physiotherapy.
Qualifications
- Specialist knowledge and work experience in mental health assessment, trauma and complex mental health conditions and people management.
- Ability to complete risk assessments and sign‑posting to relevant pathways.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork and the ability to complete administrative tasks such as report writing and use of all Microsoft packages.
- Stakeholder management and project management skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Support the Wellbeing Hub Manager and team to ensure that the Trust fulfils its duties to provide appropriate wellbeing services to meet the needs of colleagues.
- Provide assessment, triage and ongoing support of referrals and sign‑post to appropriate services for employees experiencing psychological and/or mental health difficulties.
- Maintain relationships with external partners and constantly review and manage internal processes and procedures.
- Work autonomously, confidently and safely whilst utilising clinical support/supervision and acknowledging the expertise/experience of others when required.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to the administration team as required.
- Practice within the triage, assessment referral criteria and associated clinical frameworks for the service and ensure that clinical records are maintained, up to date and stored appropriately in accordance with professional and Trust standards.
- Manage own caseload of employees referred in for mental health/emotional wellbeing support.
- Ensure the clinical appropriateness and signatory authorisation of external referrals, whereby an employee is approved to receive specialist treatment externally.
- Procure new external psychological suppliers, including the vetting and signing of service level agreements (SLA).
- Monitor, evaluate and modify interventions to measure progress and ensure effectiveness.
- Liaise with the Wellbeing Hub Manager on capturing, analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of different pathways.

Other than in exceptional circumstances, the starting salary for staff new to the NHS will be the bottom point of the band to which they have been appointed.
