Pay rates

BAE Systems offers a range of pay rates for PAYE and Umbrella contractors, depending on your allocated shifts, and the distance you’re travelling to reach the Barrow Site.

Rates are shown below for Barrow if you are living more than 39 miles from the base.

PAYE – Matchtech

Barrow shift patterns

• Standard shift — £28.10 hourly rate; £4.09 holiday accrual or paid in advance; total hourly rate inclusive of holiday: £32.19
• 3 on 4 off — £32.12 hourly rate; £4.67 holiday accrual or paid in advance; total hourly rate inclusive of holiday: £36.79
• Night shift — £34.73 hourly rate; £5.05 holiday accrual or paid in advance; total hourly rate inclusive of holiday: £39.78
• Weekday & Saturday overtime — £32.65 (inclusive of holiday)
• Sunday overtime — £43.54 (inclusive of holiday)

PAYE – Umbrella
