Job description

Live and work in Australia? We are currently employing experienced Welder Fabricators / Boilermakers to work in our manufacturing facility in Dalby, Queensland, Australia. The position is permanent, full time with the necessary visa. The ideal candidate will be offered visa sponsorship, which will lead directly to permanent residency in time.

Visa Requirements
  • be under 45 years old
  • have a relevant trade
  • at least 3 years of experience
  • be able to relocate to Australia with the intention to make it your permanent home
Daily Responsibilities
  • Fabricate innovative machinery
  • Interpret and work from engineering drawings understanding dimensioning, marking and welding symbols
  • Weld mild and stainless‑steel components using MIG, MMA (stick) welding equipment
  • Use of various electric and manual hand tools
  • Mark out and prepare metal components for cutting, forming, drilling etc.
  • Fabricate components from sheet metal to mechanical to heavy structural
Qualifications
  • Your Trade Certification
  • Your experience with 7‑axis CNC brake presses (not a dealbreaker)
  • Your ability to read and interpret drawings or specs to complete the job
  • Experience in both heavy and light fabrication with GMAW

Compensation and Benefits

Your startinghourly rate is dependent on your skill and previous experience, with regular reviews + Superannuation. Your role offers regular overtime at overtime rates. In Australia you also get paid leave including 4 weeks annual leave, 10 days public holidays, sick leave and accrue long service leave.

Interviews will take place in East Sussex, UK, between the 9th and 16th of December 2025 with our company representative.
