Overview

Are you a welder looking for a new opportunity on the Suffolk / Norfolk border? We are offering guaranteed overtime at increased rates of pay. This permanent welder role is with a company based in the countryside, so own transport is essential. Ideally, you will be within commutable distance from Bury St Edmund's, Thetford, or Diss. We are open to welders from all levels of experience and are offering a negotiable salary in reflection of experience. There is opportunity for training and development for junior welders. PPE and equipment are provided.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding mild steel and stainless steel
• Working up to 10mm thicknesses
• Fabricating parts independently
• Reading and working from engineering drawings

Details

• Work pattern: 08:00-16:30 Monday-Thursday with an early finish on Fridays
• This is a permanent position with excellent long-term benefits
• Size of products requires working in a large welding bay with another welder most of the time
• PPE and equipment provided
