Responsibilities

• Core hours will be over the weekend.
• Available to answer the on-call phone, address any alerts and provide support visits; 7am-9pm on Saturday and Sunday, 4pm-9pm Friday evening 7am-10am Monday morning.
• Office based handover meeting on Monday and Friday.
• Introduce and brief new Care Professionals on visits.
• Cover care visits.
• Audit client visit notes, monitor care plans and carer feedback.
• Act as a core part of the central support system.
• Pay rate of £15/ hour.
