About the role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Weekend Casual Retail Assistant to join our team at our BBQ Adelaide Weber Stores in Mile End, SA 5031. This is a casual position, with flexible hours available on weekends to support our busy stores.

What you\'ll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases
• Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment
• Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Collaborating with the team to achieve store objectives

What we\'re looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the home and garden or home improvement industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• A positive, friendly and professional attitude
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional public holidays
