Administration and Business Support - Mayflower Care Home
Contract : Part Time
Salary : £12.75 per hour
Shift Type : Weekends
Contracted hours : 16 (weekend only)
Mayflower Care Home is a modern, purpose-built specialist dementia care home in Northfleet, near Gravesend. It provides secure, compassionate residential, nursing, palliative and short-term care for residents living with all levels of dementia, supported by a dedicated, professional team committed to person‑centred care.
We’re looking for a talented Admin Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in our day‑to‑day operations. If you’re excited by the prospect of handling various administrative tasks and contributing to a dynamic work environment, this role is for you!
We are looking for someone to work 16 hours per week, across Saturday & Sunday.
Payroll and Contracts : Manage employee payroll data and contracts with accuracy and confidentiality.
Schedule Master : Assist in arranging and coordinating staffing schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Frontline Communication : Handle telephone inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanour.
Update and Inform : Keep notice boards up to date with relevant information and announcements.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with the operational team to ensure that tasks and repairs are completed efficiently.
Meeting Minutes : Take detailed notes during meetings to capture key points and action items.
Office Duties : Perform general office tasks to support daily operations and keep everything running smoothly.
