About the role

We're looking for an Investment Consultant to join our dedicated Advisory Team focused on the Premium Segment (customers with investment between 20k and 100k). In this role, you'll be part of a team of advisors responsible for providing guidance and building strong relationships with our premium clients, all through remote channels like telephone, video call, chat, and email. Your main goal will be to accompany clients throughout their investment journey, helping them to navigate their financial decisions effectively.

As part of the Premium Team, you will also help to make our service more scalable. This will involve participating in the creation of engaging content and webinars to educate a wider audience. While direct client interaction will be your primary focus, your involvement in these content and webinar initiatives will increase as you grow in seniority within the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of the Premium Advisory Team, responsible for collaboratively managing and growing the assets of our premium clients. This involves actively engaging with both new and existing clients through email, phone, and video calls to nurture their portfolios and ensure a consistent, high-quality service experience.
  • Act as a spokesperson for Moneyfarm, delivering an exceptional customer experience as the first point of contact.
  • Act proactively to engage with the client base and achieve agreed-upon targets while maintaining high quality
  • Keep the CRM database (Salesforce) up to date with all client contact

As you grow in seniority within the team, further responsibilities are:

  • Work closely with other departments on additional projects to help improve overall client experience
  • Involvement in content and webinar initiatives
Requirements
  • University Master Degree in economics or finance
  • You have at least 1 year of experience as Consultant in a financial institution
  • Strong interest in commercial activities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, strong customer orientation attitude
  • Enrollment recommended but not mandatory in the OCF (Organismo Di Vigilanza dell'albo unico dei consulenti finanziari)
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English
