This hybrid role requires a qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic to evaluate diverse health conditions. Overview

Further your career and take on a new challenge as a WCA Assessor!

We are now recruiting for hybrid working Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Paramedics to make the most of their existing clinical knowledge and take on a new role with a supportive, locally owned assessment provider.

As a WCA Assessor you will be providing unbiased, comprehensive Work Capability Assessments (WCA) whilst ensuring a personalised, inclusive and empathetic service for the service user.

Responsibilities
  • As a WCA Assessor, you will conduct 5-6 assessments per day including telephone/face to face assessment and Apply word report.
  • Your cases and appointments will be spread throughout the day allowing you to have greater job autonomy to manage cases to conclusion.
  • You will assess the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the claimant, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual and cognitive impairments.
  • You will have time built into your working rota for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence and team meetings.
