Level of Experience: Trainee Water Treatment Equipment Engineer through to Lead Water Treatment Equipment Engineer

Profile

Our client is a successful and leading name within the water treatment / Legionella industry, providing the full range of water treatment services on a mixed range of sites. They are now looking to take on a hardworking and experienced Water Treatment Equipment Engineer based in and around the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the water treatment industry, undertaking installation and servicing on water softners, RO units and fault finding and installing chemical dosing equipment. Applications will be considered from: Wolverhampton, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Kidderminster, Worcester, Solihull, Northampton, Coventry, Stafford, Loughborough, Reddich, Bromsgrove, Tamworth, Cannock, Hinkley, Rugby.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Good working knowledge of the Water treatment industry and Water treatment equipment.
  • Experience working within the Water Treatment equipment.
  • Well versed in relevant Health and Safety / ACOP L8 legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role
  • Carrying out installation and servicing of Softeners, Chlorine dioxide units and reverse osmosis.
  • Finding faults on site and dealing with appropriately.
  • Carrying out the installation of chemical and dosing equipment.
  • Traveling to client sites in line with client and company needs.
  • Training staff in line with company needs.
  • Maintaining a strong working relationship with clients.
