Market leading Water Treatment business is seeking to expand their Senior Management team with the acquisition of a new Accounts/Contracts Manager. The client ideally seeks a candidate with a long‑term track record in managing commercial and healthcare/HTM work, who can operate efficiently while being commercially savvy. • Excellent communication skills, able to build professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Managing an established portfolio of accounts for commercial and healthcare clients, ensuring compliance to HTM041 and HSG274.
• Identifying commercial opportunities within accounts to sell further services, chemicals, products and equipment.
• Upgrading accounts, sourcing new business and ensuring contract renewals through good service.
• Acting as first point of contact for clients; providing support, technical advice and troubleshooting.
• Overseeing a team of engineers, ensuring timely delivery of PPM service and hygiene tasks, C&D works and remedials.
• Mobilising new contracts and working to agreed client timescales.
• Attending client pre‑start and progress meetings.
• Organising works with subcontractors, arranging for materials and equipment where required.
