We are looking for: Water Remediation Technician

Restoration 1 of Tampa Bay is looking to fill an important role in their team. Experience and IICRC certifications are a plus but not required. We seek someone willing to work hands-on and get dirty when needed. Must be able to take on-call shifts during evenings and weekends, with opportunities for emergency call-out bonuses and overtime.

This is a team-oriented environment. We value honest and reliable individuals who enjoy working with others. Restoration experience is preferred; however, knowledge in construction is a plus. You will learn to use moisture detection equipment, operate hydro mapping software, set up drying equipment, identify wet or damaged materials, and perform demolition tasks such as removing drywall, insulation, flooring, appliances, and cabinetry. The reward is helping homeowners in distress and working with like-minded teammates.
