A leading facility management provider in Greater London seeks a night shift Water Leak Technician. You will carry out water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment across various locations. Arcus FM is looking for a permanent night shift Water Leak Technician to carry out reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework at all client stores across South East London, Croydon, Bromley and surrounding areas. You will be part of a friendly and dynamic team that supports one another, is dedicated, and continuously looks for ways to improve processes and deliver the best service.
You will be responsible for carrying out reactive and proactive works safely and to a high standard. These works involve refrigeration‑based condensate pipework, providing a first‑line response to logged water leaks, identifying the source of each leak, repairing or replacing faulty pipework and/or components, clearing blockages, maintaining internal drainage systems, drop‑down pipework and dairy pump trays where appropriate. You will diagnose equipment faults, implement effective solutions, and escalate when necessary. Additional duties include ensuring jobs are completed within SLA timeframes, meeting all KPIs, and fully complying with Arcus health & safety procedures and client site requirements. Planning routes, managing daily workloads, and prioritising aged work orders are essential to maintain first‑time‑fix quality.
