Our client is a rapidly growing Water Hygiene / Legionella company, who are seeking a hardworking Administrator / Coordinator who can integrate well into their friendly team. Daily tasks will vary, but include: answering incoming client enquiries, data inputting, coordinating appointments and maintaining strong working relationships with clients. They are offering competitive salaries as well as good opportunities for further training.

Ideally, you will be located around: Huntingdon, St Ives, Peterborough, March, Wisbech, King’s Lynn, Ely, Cambridge, St Neots, Stamford, Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, Rushden, Spalding, Grantham, Boston, Oakham, Northampton, Bedford, Holbeach.

  • Must have worked as an administrator within a Water Hygiene / Legionella company
  • Able to prioritise workload

The Role
  • Working within a busy Water Hygiene / Legionella company, providing administrative support to members of the team
  • Managing diaries for site staff, booking, rearranging and cancelling appointments
  • Contacting clients to arrange access to site
  • Answering client enquiries via telephone and email
  • Booking accommodation and transport for engineers and members of management
  • Inputting information into the company’s database
  • Issuing reports to clients
  • Representing the company in a professional manner
