Job description

This well-established and successful water treatment/water hygiene company is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Water Hygiene Engineer/Plumber to work on a variety of contracts in and around the Crewe area. The successful candidate will have extensive experience undertaking a wide range of l8 compliance duties, alongside remedial plumbing tasks. Applications from Stoke on Trent, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Lichfield and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the water treatment/hygiene industry.
  • Have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Package.
  • Relevant plumbing qualifications.
Role and responsibilities:
  • Comply with the current Health and Safety legislation.
  • Cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems and cooling towers.
  • Plumbing and remedial work
  • Proceed with temperature monitoring, conduct routine sampling and analysing water systems.
  • Maintain and installing dosing systems, etc.
  • Carry out any remedial plumbing work when required.
  • Build and maintain a good working relationship with clients.
