  • Perform cleaning, servicing, or maintenance tasks (as required)
  • Record all results using a mobile device or relevant system
  • Interact with clients, tenants and colleagues professionally
  • Manage your own time and daily schedule
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
  • Confidence to work independently once trainedGood communication and customer service skills
