What you’ll do
  • Develop and implement policy and monitor company performance in asset management maturity to support long‑term resilience.
  • Lead water resource management planning, performance commitment assessments and innovation competition creation.
  • Assess company submissions for water resource management plans, contribute to innovation challenge design and analyse data to support resilience planning.
  • Support internal and external projects that protect the environment and secure resilient water supplies for millions of customers.
What you need
  • Currently studying on a degree that includes a sandwich year or a recent graduate with a relevant degree in Maths, Science, Geography, Environmental studies, Data or Engineering.
  • A good understanding of technical and engineering concepts and motivation to work in a regulatory utility environment.
  • Critical thinking and application of technical knowledge to solve problems for customers and the environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
