A leading water services organization is seeking an Apprentice Wastewater Role Coach to provide structured support to apprentices. The role includes managing Individual Training Plans, promoting equality and inclusion, and coordinating workplace visits to enhance learning outcomes. We have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Wastewater Role Coach to join our team! This role is dedicated to providing structured support and guidance to apprentices, ensuring their successful integration and ongoing development within the organisation.
You will play a key part in facilitating the application of new skills in the workplace, promoting core values such as Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) and British Values, while working collaboratively with Technical Training Specialists to optimise learner outcomes.
This position also supports the professional growth of individuals aspiring to become future Technical Training Specialists, helping to build a strong pipeline of talent for the organisation.
