LSH Auto is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims and ensuring the accurate processing of warranty paperwork for vehicles serviced at our dealership. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential in maintaining high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Processing warranty claims promptly and accurately
  • Reviewing and verifying documentation for warranty compliance
  • Communicating with manufacturers and service departments regarding warranty claims
  • Maintaining accurate records of warranty transactionsAssisting in the resolution of warranty-related enquiries from customers and staff
  • Staying updated on warranty policies and procedures
