Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for leadership and operational excellence? We're looking for a Warehouse & Transport Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods while leading a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse and transport operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse operatives and drivers.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate dispatch schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and transport regulations.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues and improve service.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in warehouse and/or transport supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of logistics software and inventory systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
• CPC qualification or transport compliance knowledge (a plus).
