A leading logistics company in Bradford seeks a Team Manager to ensure operational excellence within their warehouse. You will lead a team to meet challenging efficiency and quality targets, while fostering a safe work environment. Excellent people skills are essential for success in this role. We are looking for a Team Manager to join our flagship M&S site in Bradford. You'll be responsible for delivering operational excellence in efficiency, quality and cost for your area and team, through the development of people, processes, facilities and deployment of best practices. This is a full time, permanent position, where you'll be working on an 'any 5 from 7' shift pattern. The hours of work will rotate weekly between 06:00 till 14:00 and 14:00 till 22:00.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £34,000 per annum.
