Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in managing and developing warehouse teams.
• Knowledge of manual handling procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to effectively communicate and organize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Monitor workflow to meet operational targets.
• Ensure stock visibility and replenishment.
• Develop and support warehouse operatives.

Skills

Warehouse experience within distribution or manufacturing

Team management and development

Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements

Strong IT skills

Good written and verbal communication

Ability to lift and move cartons up to 25 KG

Counterbalance fork truck permit (or willing to be trained)
