Chilled Warehouse Team Leader Location: Tewkesbury. Hours: Minimum 37.5 hrs/week, 5 days over Mon-Saturday on a rotating shift (start times from 06:00). Salary £29,000-£32,000.

Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to take the lead in a fast-paced, high-performance environment? We’re looking for a proactive and hands‑on Chilled Warehouse Team Leader to join a well-established, family‑run business with a strong commitment to quality, teamwork, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead & Motivate: Supervise a team of operatives across receiving, picking, and returns of chilled goods
  • Own the Process: Manage stock movements and ensure accuracy in product handling
  • Drive Efficiency: Oversee safe and timely loading/unloading of delivery vehicles
  • Maintain Standards: Ensure cleanliness and compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Support Operations: Step in for the Warehouse Supervisor when required
  • Foster Culture: Promote a positive, communicative, and team‑oriented environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Warehouse Experience: Background in a busy warehouse
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working under pressure and managing shifting priorities
  • Shift Flexibility: Willing to work varied start times from 06:00 on a rotating schedule
  • Licences: Ideally holds a current Counterbalance Forklift or PPT licence
  • Leadership: Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Safety First: Solid understanding of Health & Safety best practices
