We are now recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Team at Great Bear Markham Vale 1 on a Full time and Permanent position.

Job Description

Shift Pattern:

• 4ON 4OFF Nights - 18:00pm-06:00am.

Salary:

• £15.44 per hour (including Team Leader rate and Nights rate).

Your duties will include but not limited to the following;

• Supporting the Shift Manager and Shift Supervisors with disciplinary and grievance investigations and interviews.
• Carrying out return to work interviews.
• Managing and motivating the team ensuring that productivity is achieved.
• Developing and training all team members so that their contributions can be maximized.
• Carrying out daily briefings ensuring that the team is kept up to date with all relevant information.
• Ensuring that all areas of the warehouse comply with the Companies Health & Safety and hygiene policies.
• Ensuring that the shift performance is achieved.
• Ensuring that the available resources are utilized to their full potential at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong Warehouse Experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and able to make decisions.
• Good warehouse and logistics operation knowledge.
• Computer literate.
• Professional, approachable and helpful.
