Overview

Warehouse Supervisor — Location: West Drayton • Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.30pm • Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking for your next supervisory role? We’re working with a growing local business who are now seeking a proactive and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in day-to-day operations, leading a small team, ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched efficiently, and that stock levels are well managed using the company’s ERP/WMS system.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, leading daily team activity, and helping to drive continuous improvement across processes. The business moves quickly – so the ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle competing priorities is key.

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Managing goods-in, stock control, and cycle counts using ERP/WMS systems
• Supporting and motivating warehouse operatives to meet KPIs and performance targets
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and boost productivity
• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and company standards
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve stock or operational queries

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar team lead position
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including goods-in, stock control and order fulfilment
• Confident using ERP or WMS systems (Oracle advantageous)
• Good IT skills, particularly Excel
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a small team
• A hands-on approach with a high level of attention to detail
• Forklift licence preferred
• First Aid certificate desirable
