Experienced Warehouse Supervisor with Stock Control and Inventory Organisation experience required for a forward thinking, growing and supportive company in Chesterfield.

Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to take ownership of the warehouse and stock control processes. This is a newly created role with significant opportunity to shape systems and drive improvements in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage stock control systems to track goods in and out.
• Conduct PI counts and maintain accurate stock records.
• Warehouse Supervisor activity such as training future hires.
• Organise deliveries and transport logistics.
• Perform picking, packing, and kitting for orders.
• Input data into SAGE and maintain records in Excel and Word.
• Ensure KPI targets are met while fostering a positive team environment.

Essential

• Proven experience in stock control (any industry).
• Strong skills in Excel and Word.
• Ability to implement processes and take responsibility for inventory accuracy.
• History of longevity in previous roles.

Desirable

• FLT license
• Driving licence
• Familiarity with SAGE desirable
