Job Vacancy: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: BS34

Shift: Monday to Friday, 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Night Shift)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: £14.78 per hour

Contract: temp-to-perm

We are seeking an experienced and confident Warehouse Supervisor to lead a night shift team in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong background in warehouse operations and a proactive approach to managing people and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of 11 Warehouse Operatives and Drivers
• Maintain control over all warehouse activities during the night shift
• Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
• Support the team in meeting operational KPIs and targets
• Conduct briefings, delegate tasks, and maintain discipline on shift
• Monitor and report any operational or safety issues

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (essential)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage workloads, delegate tasks, and motivate a team
• Sound knowledge of warehouse Health & Safety standards
• Comfortable working night shifts in a physically demanding environment
