Overview

Pro1 Recruitment is back with a top opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join a well-run operation in B46. If you're confident on the shop floor, know how to keep things moving, and have experience in waste management, we want to hear from you!

The Role

You’ll be the go-to person on shift ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Lead a team of 610 staff, manage skips and waste transfers, uphold health & safety, and keep performance sharp.

It’s not just a job it’s a leadership role.

Shifts

• Monday to Thursday: Day shifts 08:00 - 16:00
• Friday: 06:00 - 12:30 (early finish!)

Pay

• £30,000 £40,000 per year
• Equivalent to £16.03 £21.37/hour
• Pay based on experience in waste industry background? BIG bonus!

What We’re Looking For

• Supervisory experience (warehouse or similar)
• Waste industry knowledge ideal
• A motivator, organiser, and communicator
• Strong on health & safety and team discipline
