Warehouse Stock Operative – Lichfield – £23,907

The position: This is a full‑time permanent position based at our customers distribution centre in Lichfield.

Pay & Hours
  • Rate of pay: £22,405 per annum
  • Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a daily 30‑min unpaid break
  • Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7 – 8‑hour shifts between 10 pm and 6 am, with £0.50 per hour night bonus

As a Warehouse Stock Operative, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment to ensure the stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate. Our activities vary, so you may need to work across multiple workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits and Load Adherence checks, many of which require periods of manual handling.

Job Responsibilities
  • Audit the inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR programme.
  • Audit picker accuracy of stock destined for stores and fully investigate all errors found.
  • Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
  • Maintain integrity at all times.
  • Ensure expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
  • Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.
