Shift Pattern: Weekend Days

We're looking for a passionate and driven Shift Manager to join our Distribution Centre in Ellesmere Port.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key operational area and lead a team that plays a vital role in keeping over 750 stores stocked and ready to serve our 4 million customers every week.

What you'll be doing

As a Shift Manager, you'll lead, motivate, and develop your network of Team Managers and Warehouse Operatives - ensuring all performance targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards. You'll inspire your team to deliver great results, drive continuous improvement, and help us maintain our "Best in Class" logistics operation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead, coach and develop your network of Team Managers and Warehouse Colleagues to deliver operational excellence
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all operational departments.
• Identify and implement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency and quality of service, whilst aligning with company goals and policy.
• Support recruitment and workforce planning, managing labour costs effectively
• Championing best practise with Health and Safety. Ensuring compliance and proactive risk management throughout your team.
