Overview

Earn start wage £538 per week. We are currently recruiting for warehouse operatives to join the busy team at the North Scarle Lincoln factory. The purpose of the role is to help the supervisors in the smooth running of the product through the factory, to meet department targets and orders while maintaining excellent standards in food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• You will be picking, packing and handling of pet food goods.
• Loading and unloading of vehicles
• Picking orders on Cmex system
• Ensuring products are stored correctly while maintaining traceability at all times
• Maintaining food safety standards at all times

Requirements

Schedule

This is an ongoing role with work commencing immediately.

• 4 on 4 off
• 12 hour shifts
• Days and Nights, rotating weekly.
• 0600 - 1800: Days
• 1800 - 0600: Nights
• 48 hours a week. 4 on 4 off

Compensation

• £12.64 per hour basic
• £18.36 per hour Overtime (All hours over 40 hours a week)
• Start wage £490 per week.
• Earn start wage £538 per week.
