Responsibilities
  • Assist in the maintenance of volume picking machinery
  • Assist in the immediate response to any breakdowns with the production equipment in accordance with the production hours
  • Develop knowledge of depot automation and its operational systems, regarding electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components
  • Stand and walk for most of the shift; lift up to 15 kg; bend, twist, kneel, and crouch as required
Required qualifications and skills
  • Grade 4/C or above GCSE or equivalent English and Maths qualification
  • Basic experience working within a maintenance environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
